Refund Policy

1. The game is free

You can play Timeburg in full without paying anything. Credits, packs, passes, boosts and unlocks are optional extras.

2. All sales are final

Because Virtual Items are delivered to your account right away, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any in-game purchase. This covers credit packs, the Founder's Starter Pack, the Mayor's Pass, and credits you have spent on boosts or unlocks. It also covers credits you haven't used yet, items you regret buying, and passes you don't claim every day.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law where you live that cannot be waived.

3. If something went wrong

• Credits didn't arrive? Payments are usually confirmed within a minute. Sign out and back in, or reopen the game. The game re-checks pending payments automatically.
• Charged twice by mistake, or an order you didn't make? Contact us with your order ID from the thank-you page or your Stripe receipt. If the charge was a genuine error, we will fix it.

4. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge for a purchase you made, instead of contacting us, we may suspend your account and remove the related items. Please talk to us first. We are happy to help.
